Log of Changes

Tetra, due to a long and confusing development, did not release with an editor.

When Tetra begins to make money, I will find an editor to clean up the novel, along with fixing any continuity or story errors that slipped past, and I will release these changes in future novel editions.

There will also be an editor for future novels going forward.

Change Log Questions and Answers

  • What type of sweater dress does Lourina wear in Chapter 9?

Author error: I did not know the exact proper term for a women’s outfit in this sub-domain and I accidently classified it too simply and broad. Edition 1.2 should clarify the proper outfit as a more form-fitting, belted, with a high rolled neck and a bodycon skirt.

  • Why is the U.S.S. Puerto Rico a “Super Patriot Act” class submarine?

Answer: Experienced naval readers might realize that U.S. submarine class names are based off states, so don’t worry — this class name is explicitly planned to be explained in future books! There’s an in-universe reason.

Explanation: In TETRA’s timeline, book 4 will fully explain the Auckland Incident and other discrepancies. Also, TETRA was written as a satire first and thriller second, so there are lots of dumb jokes that don’t make sense. Lol, sorry.

  • Why does Theodore carry from “Small of the Back” (SOB)?

    Answer: Rule of Cool. ;-)

Explanation: He actually switches between holsters and methods of carry throughout his adventures, but he embraces the whole persona (e.g. “assassin”, slow and calculating, forced restraint) when he commits to a mission. A way to change his personality between normality and insanity.

I should have clarified this more in the novel, so a future edition might make a subtle reference or change to expand this. Also, carrying from SOB becomes a minor plot point in book 2! More to read.
